When I came to the company to complain about a product, the female employee who came to handle it was a very nice woman! She was a poorly trained employee who couldn’t answer my questions properly, so I decided to train her instead… First, she got down on the ground and apologized to me as a customer representative, but it didn’t feel right. On this occasion, I’ll use the company’s product (a vibrator) to play with this female employee until she calms down!
